I use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested real estate information, and keep a record of the conversation. A form submission does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Technical information

The website’s hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs and security events in order to serve and protect the site. I may use aggregated traffic information to understand which pages are useful.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions may be stored in the website’s hosting/database systems so I can retrieve and respond to them. Service providers used to operate the site may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Sharing and selling

I do not sell personal information submitted through this website. I do not share inquiry information with unrelated marketers. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to provide a service you request, with your direction, or when required by law.

Third-party sites

This site links to MLS systems, Zillow, Oregon Life Homes, LinkedIn and government or other third-party resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask what inquiry information I have about you, request a correction, or ask me to delete information I no longer need to retain, subject to legal or professional recordkeeping obligations.
